The Organization

The member organizations welcome everyone; lesbians, gays, bisexuals, straight people, transgender and intersex persons as well as cis persons.

Seta is supported by RAY (Finland's Slot Machine Association), the Ministry of Education and some municipalities. We also raise funds through donations, membership fees and agreements of co-operation.

The major decision-making body of Seta is the annual Representatives' Assembly. The activity is managed by the Board and the staff is lead by the Secretary General.

Seta has several employees based in its office in Helsinki; however voluntary activism plays a central role in its activities.
